Today begins Week 11 of 10K Trainer. Three 17 minute runs with a one minute walk between each. I don’t like walking! The first run of this week went very well. I seem to be getting my comfort later in the runs though, usually in the last two miles. I’ve been running this trail since I started the original C25K. I remember taking a bike ride through this trail and thinking “Wow, it will be crazy if I’m ever able to run to this particular point”. I got to that place today. It’s amazing to run past places I’d stopped in pain only months ago and pass them by miles. Oh! And I’m nearly up to five miles!
