20130521-122240.jpgToday was MUCH better than last week. I took several days off to get over my sinus infection. I was worried about taking that many days off but it was worth it. Today’s run, my longest ever at just under 6 miles felt great. There was the usual fatigue toward the end but it wasn’t a “I’ve got to stop” fatigue. This was D3 of Wk 13 of the 10K trainer and I’ve only got a week to go. More or less the last week just takes the minute walk off the 30+30 runs. Looking forward to finishing!
