20130523-133339.jpgDay one of the last week of 10K Trainer! Today’s run wasn’t bad. I was a lot slower than usual but did that on purpose. Still not feeling 100% but the run was fine. I did 60 mins straight no walking and that is what it will be until the end. The trail was pretty crowded but not with active people, there were just people randomly standing in the trail! On cell phones, etc. I intentionally would wait until I was very close and yell “Passing!” and they’d jump off the trail. :) I’m obviously not hitting 6.2 miles in the 60 minute time but that’s how it was with C25K too. I’m just not 10 minute mile material yet but I get it done and that is what matters.
