I realized it’s been awhile since I have posted. I didn’t stop running! Quite the contrary! Since my last post I’ve done two more 5K’s, Run or Dye and The Peace, Love, Run 5K. I’ve also continued training and have continued to lose weight. I’m down to about 235 now and still dropping. I’m only 15 lbs from my goal weight of 220 but am probably going to try for 190 or so depending on muscle mass.
I wish I had taken pictures from start to finish. My leg muscles are cut and shaped and my shoulder/pectorals are coming into form. I hope by end of year to have some good definition all around.
